TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Please review the following User Agreement carefully before using any ACTN3 training program. 

ACTN3 strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. 

You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. 

ACTN3 is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. 

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge ACTN3 from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of ACTN3 negligence. 

Use of this site and purchase of a program constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE 

I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by ACTN3 may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I/We assume all risk of injuries associated with use of these programs including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me. 

I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in. 

After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my purchase and use and ACTN3 furnishing programs and advice to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE ACTN3, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in ACTN3 training, programs and/or events. 

By my purchase/use I/We indicate that I/We have read and understand this Waiver of Liability, am over the age of 18 and/or have parental/guardian consent, and I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
